"Perfect location for the collisseum, 10 min walk. Less than 10 minutes to a tube stop. Bedroom was spotless. Fridge in room, minimarket nearby that has a wide range of stock. If you just want somewhere clean and quiet to crash this is a good option. Termini is a 20 minute walk or two stops on the tube."

"We initially had a family suite which was lovely! Very big, bright and clean room. Large bathroom, shower. Heating and cooling system that worked well. We wanted to extend our stay and couldn’t book the family suite so moved to two separate rooms (a double and twin room for kids). The 2 separate rooms were much smaller and older. Small bathroom and shower. Still very clean though and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Very close to the colosseum. Very good value...

"There are 2 cafe/restaurants side by side as you walk out front door.The room was very small and no place to hang clothes unless you are around 6'6' as the only closet is out of normal reach.There is no fan for the room so we smelled the bathroom odor which had a Methane gas/sewer smell.We had to keep door closed to bathroom.The door in room opened to a building 20 ft away which was horrible to look at and tenants so no privacy if you need air.Towels were not allowed according to Lara every day...

"I had the most pleasant stay for 2 nights at this hotel! Stefano was very kind and welcoming and communicated so well with me before, during, and after my stay he is so kind! I arrived an hour later after a flight delay and he stayed longer before closing to welcome me and show me my room. The breakfast is so great and staff are so friendly and attentive to all guests. The location was perfect and close to all the important sites as well as local stations. I will definitely return after this...
