"We used this hotel as a stop off. It’s basic and rooms are small but it’s a lovely little place. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of items. Room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Situated just off the Avenue de Champagne which was lovely for a little stroll and to sample the offerings."

"The property was beautiful and clean overall, but there were a few issues. Two of our five rooms were not ready by 4:00. The rooms were warm and the staff at the front desk were quite rude. The restaurant was very disappointing for dinner. The food is overpriced for what we got and many of our entrees that we ordered were wrong or cold, and when we told the server it was not handled properly at all. We had to speak with the manager and he also was non-responsive. Breakfast was good and the bar food and staff were also very good."

"Our 4th trip to this wonderful hotel which doesn’t disappoint. we had a room upgrade to Josephine looking out towards Reims. Beautiful room with a gorgeous bathroom. Made use of the hot tub before drinks on the terrace and dinner. Huge bed too! Wonderful."
