"Great location, and staff were very helpful. Excellent secure parking. We enjoyed breakfast - the porridge and cinnamon toast were excellent. The menu offered a wide choice. Bed was comfy, but we were there in a hot spell of weather, and there was no air con in the room. The fan in the room did help a little, but it was still very warm for sleeping. The room could have been cleaner however. We had a room which had a bath, shower and vanity unit in the bedroom with a separate toilet. The...

"Our room was filthy every surfaces had inground dust/dirt bathroom had mold cracked sink in bathroom the matt was very dirty Toilet seat was falling off I couldn't get out of the bathroom (I did in the end) the bathroom door spring was loose needed a new one window bedroom was falling forward Our door enterance dorr handle was falling off both sides the outside of room carpet very grubby needs deep clean i wasn't very happy went for drinks at the bar several people was smoking (Vaping)"

"Excellent stay at a great manor-style hotel! the personnel are very great and will do anything to improve your stay. In particular, the English breakfast was simply exceptional, with possibility to tailor-it to your preferences! The parking, while tight, was very useful after a day of travelling. "A lovely, quiet place and a great spot to relax. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. A big shout-out to Sam, who did my treatment—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the walls were not very soundproof, so I could hear people walking around at night. Other than that, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it."
