The place was clean, I’m just a bit concern because as soon as I got in there was an unpleasant smell like a strong body odour. Other than that the place is pretty nice.

Easy check-in process, beds were very big and place was bigger than I expected. The washroom was small but that’s ok. The only thing is they didn’t provide enough towels for 4 people but maybe we just need to request it earlier next time.

Basically - no bath towel or wash cloth, no soap, no coffee pods, no one on the property to assist so it wasn't great. I was able to contact someone who assisted me accessing another unbooked room, and taking the bath towels from there. By the way, why do these sorts of places use the brightest and coldest LEDs known to humankind. It only makes an already charmless space even less human.

Communication is very bad. They don’t answer their phone or get back to you after client left a message in their voice mail. Hotel text steps for check-In is HTML which doesn’t open.

It was okay, good location I was close to many things by car. The place itself felt rundown. Modern but the walls were dirty, corners of the floor, washroom and sheets had a bit of stains. I wouldn’t mind if it was $100 CAD a night MAX and that’s if my standards were very low.

Passcode was suppose to be sent to me prior. Wasn’t. Spent 30 mins on phone to get No elevator- 4th floor stairs with luggage and when I entered the room was not clean. Hair on sheets, footprints on top sheet, dirty toilet, among other things. Tried to call and send the pictures and was told “it’s not that bad”. Sorry but it is. Stay away

Really needs a good clean. Overall room was fine. Good stovetop and microwave. Fine for a night- but would not book again. Family room was right next to a solo shower room for other guests- lots of people coming and going at every time of night/day. Floor of our room was covered in some kind of greesy residue. Towels were lacking, lots of bumps scrapes and stains. Location is great, but nearest subway station under major renovations and not mentioned at all. Large mystery lobby area with no obvious use.

Missed the cancellation window by 3 hours and they charged me full price. I could not contact the venue and Expedia had to reach out to them directly but was not able to secure even a penalized refund. Waste of 700$ for two nights. Someone else's bag was still under the bed which was left from the last guest and the staff didn't see it... Which tells you about the cleaning process... Stovetop didn't work and I couldn't cook or boil water. Check in was after 4pm which left me with my bags all day. Horrible experience, do not book.

This room was clean and the bed comfortable, but also very stark and without any warmth or proper amenities. No night stands. No glassware. No art on the walls, no bathroom garbage can or hooks for wet towels. Our room, booked for 2 people for 3 nights, had just ONE hanger for personal items, one fork, one spoon. And only three coffee pods - not even enough for half the stay. Nowhere to put luggage. Only one plug for cell phones etc. It was almost comical how bare bones it was. The street level window was broken and would not open. And the toilet made a 3-minute long screeching sound after being flushed, which was terrible in the middle of the night. I understand they want this to be a self serve hotel, but the rooms need to be better equipped with basic amenities. And there needs to be a way to contact management to solve problems. I’m home from my stay and still have t received a reply from messages sent 3 days ago. With some inexpensive basic amenities with guest comfort in mind, this could have been a 5 star review.

Room was nice and clean. The small cute kitchen had all we needed. However the bathroom shower was faulty, the intenet did not work for the first two nights, the window was faulty and could not stay open, and there was no response from the management when we sent a message through the expedia app.
