Everything was excellent except the bed drapes were not change and fridge was not working. The room was clean, breakfast excellent and staffs were okay but the drapes were not ironed.

Customer service is non-existent, if you stay two days you will not have room service and the towels are old, small insufficient... suggestion not to walk barefoot, since the floor of the room is unhygienic.... if you stay two days, they only leave you coffee for one day... they do not give you water ...
