"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "Not bad for a good-priced guesthouse. Neighborhood's a bit sketchy but I was there for 2 days and had no trouble w/ my car parking or car itself. It survived 2 nights parked in Newark w/out incident. :)"
