"This hotel was beyond beautiful and elegant-- the rooms, the front desk staff, the amenities were so lovely. The ambiance was stunning and it had that ultra high end boutique feel...The moment I walked in to my room it smelled so clean and fresh, it was just beyond beautiful (and FLAWLESSLY clean). The staff was so welcoming and helpful! I highly recommend staying here. The location is super central to everything you need. My only little note would be to add robes and slippers :)"

"The room was clean and comfortable. You do hear the doors slam and we were next to some late nighters so that was a small downside but alot of hotels have this issue. The staff were great and Marc the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The staff at the hotel are great and the hotel is nice and on a not as busy street. Very close to most things. Can walk anywhere."

"I loved how the bathroom sink had a shelf as well counter top space so getting ready to go out had a nice set up. The location was perfect and we absolutely loved the breakfast there at the hotel! Soo many wonderful choice of food options! Staff was very helpful !! Will definitely stay there if I go back to Madrid :)"

"Nice hotel, well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning, but the staff managed to find us a room available so we could rest earlier. Well appreciated. Very clean hotel. We found out during our last days that a little museum was at ground floor, and free to visit. Great add on! We strongly recommend a room with doors, that can be opened to feel the breeze and the vibe. Liked the fact that the room was spacious, with a separate section with a sofa and tv."

"Hotel is located very close to all Madrid sites. Room is specious with window to the street. Bed is comfortable. We enjoyed roof top for sunset and used swimming pool to relax and have very delicious drinks. Staff is friendly. Hotel is very well maintained. Would stay there any time."

"The room was ok. I booked a room with balcony and a view, the view was just facing another wall/building. Breakfast was included and was good but we only had it once since we had a really early flight on the 2nd day. There was an issue getting an iron, staff doesn’t keep track of who has the iron but eventually I was able to get one. So make sure you ask for an iron right away if you need one. "Bit hard to find the entrance. Street buzzer door for multiple units. Accommodation on level 2. Rooms compact but clean and good standard. Quite rooms, although bit of noise as my room was at the checkout desk. Doesn’t seem to be staff 24/7 Would stay again"
