Kasino di Moonee Ponds

"Lovely business stay at The Langham. Accomodation, catering and service were All outstanding. Highly recommend."

"The room was very clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, for some inexplicable reason, there was a problem with the water in the bathroom. I was unable to shower or even flush the toilet and spoke to reception about the problem. They were very apologetic and offered me the use of another room. They also offered me a free breakfast. I was appreciative of their efforts, but asked to speak to a manager when they were available. I received a call later in the morning and discussed the matter...

"The room is actually way smaller than the pictures in Expedia. Only one tiny office chair in the room, for the two of us, means one of us needs to sit on the bed or on the ground. The hotel entrance doors by the street are old school and heavy, not a big fan, automatic doors would do better job. Location is perfect, staff are friendly and helpful. Room deco is pretty good, bathroom condition is pretty good too."

"Lokasi hotel cukup strategis. Lobi sangat menyenangkan dan luas. Pintu masuk lobi agak tersembunyi sering membingungkan tamu."

"Nice hotel, closed to Skybus and public transport and food and shopping. Very clean and comfortable bed. Good breakfast "

"They need to repair the floor around the elevator entrance on ground floor and straighten the paintings hanging crooked in the lobby. A hotel of this stature needs to be super vigilant of the detais. Housekeeping was excellent and prompt, breakfast was excellent. We will come back."
