"The upstairs room I was in was not my favorite one on this property. I've stayed several times. The windows face onto the hallway and south, while the prevailing winds come from the West. There was a tiny air conditioner, mounted on the south facing wall. It had to work hard to cool the room. In a full summer heatwave it would be overwhelmed. The bed was comfortable with a range of pillow firmness. Parking can be challenging if they are fully booked and you don't time things well. Backing out into traffic on the coast highway in a construction zone was unwise. Luckily I was able to manuever so that I backed in, facing the highway."

"We arrived very late.. phone goes automatically to automated system but staff is ok.. property needs improvement.. shower tub and bathroom door needs to be fixed.. bed wall(?) is made from metal so every time u hit it with your foot it makes a sound like someone knocking lol..breakfast is nice and dining area is clean"

"Vanessa at the front desk as great, the room was very clean, the jacuzzi was clean. The guys driving around in golf carts saw me and my girlfriend carrying all of our luggage and didn’t stop to see if we needed anything. Other than that, the layout of the resort is pretty bad with zero signs anywhere. Self parking is expensive and in a dirt lot. Won’t be back."

"Very disappointing stay. A sprinkler in the room was already damaged when I checked in. After I checked out, the manager charged my card $75 for the sprinkler damage that was clearly already there. When I called to dispute it, the manager wouldn’t resolve the issue. The hotel was also under construction with loud noise early in the morning and the room had dirty sheets and no do-not-disturb sign in addition to the sprinkler incident. Thankfully corporate was more understanding, but with so many other places to stay in the area, I’d recommend choosing somewhere else."

"I stayed 7 days in a Handicapped Accessible room and it was great! The shower was perfect. I did bring my own suction cup handle for additional assistance however I was very please with the installed bars. Breakfast was exceptional every morning. Staff pleasant when asking questions. No problem finding close parking space. I would definitely stay here again. "
