"The best part of this motel is the safety! All rooms and parkings are gated, especially in this unsafe and limited street parking town! The Rooms are clean and spacious! Although no breakfast provided and no microwave, it’s easy to find a place to eat in a walking distance. With this price in Oakland Broadway, this is a nice place to stay. I will stay in this place next time when I come to Oakland. "

"I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The front desk staff was lovely, personable, helpful and friendly. I had a beautiful room with a view of the Lake. The breakfast served was a real breakfast which was quite tasty. Parking was easy. I would stay at this hotel again. :)"

"Wir hatten ein tolles sauberes Eckzimmer in der 4.Etage mit schöner Stadtaussicht. Gute Lage. Von dort aus haben wir San Francisco ohne Probleme mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkundet. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt."

"The ONLY thing I disliked very much was that there is NO SHOWER TRAY; so by the time you get out of the shower there is a big puddle all over the restroom floor. We ended up mopping with the hotel’s towels. Other than this, I would definitely recommend this place!"
