"The room was dirty, the room smelt my colleague who stayed the night could not sleep at all. We have been issued a refund however both deposit and the money has not been refunded. "

"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped.
