"Everything at the Palihouse was top notch. The staff were wonderful and made sure the stay was a memorable one. The bartenders were really incredible and made my 4 year old really feel at home. The pool was heated to a nice temperature so it was easy to enjoy it despite temps in the 60s. The room was huge and very well appointed! Can't wait to go back some day! "

"Castillo Inn rooms are spacious, clean, and have a Spanish charm with modern amenities. I am a frequent visitor of Santa Barbara and have stayed at the Castillo Inn many years ago more than once. It had been a while since I had stayed here as I do like to try different properties, but after this time I will be back sooner than later. The location is perfect, parking is right in front of the rooms, property is well maintained and rooms are always clean. Castillo Inn is the best."

The dining room attendants were very helpful as well, tending to everyone's needs immediately. The Inn is conveniently located, away from 'downtown', but close enough to State St -a 10-minute walk. Plus, across the street from the marina/harbor. I didn't get to try the pool, but it looked amazing. Plenty of parking spots. Plenty of breakfast options, and we even got to...
