I called the front desk they told my wife it’s usually and old system and those make noise 😵‍💫they send a technician to check he spend 15 minutes trying to reduce the noise and nothing good happen The unit was very very loud we couldn’t even sleep So disappointed "

"We came on the train for a weekend get away and called to request an early check in and were told the rooms were sold out. The front desk employee Mark suggested we freshened up at the train station bathroom because people “destroy” their lobby bathroom. As a paying guest, I found that extremely rude. We were later told by another employee they were not sold out for the night which means he could have accommodated our early check in request. He was just rude and his energy was weird and concerning."
