Slight stains on some of the towels, my specific room had the latch broken, some lamps were faulty and would flicker, but overall, a good spot if you need a place for the night. Check in and check out was also quick and simple."

It looked like it had been freshly painted and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. The wifi was reliable. There was a "New Owner" sign out front, so I think the older, poor reviews must be from before the ownership change.
