"Extremely clean and quiet"

"The parking lot was a mess there were cigarette butts all over, the metal stairs leading up to the second floor were rusted out in places. There were 2 of us staying two nights, one bath towel had big holes in it and there was only one wash cloth, we went to the office the next morning to get another wash cloth but no one would come to the window. There was a coffee maker but it only had two pods with it, the next day they changed out our towels and again one was cloth and no more coffee pods."

"It stinks in the hallway on second floor. Probably the carpet smells bad. Same smell in the room of course not that bad. Heat and air are very noisy when you try to sleep. Wafflehouse outside made us not try the breakfast. 100$ For a room like this is not great!"

"Beds were comfy… night guy was nice… morning guy not so talkative… that’s about all I can say good about the place… constant people walking outside and messing with doors and kids knocking on windows till late.. lock on inside of door was broke couldn’t use it if you wanted it was loose anyways.. deadbolt worked tho so it gave you some piece of mind. "

"Bed bugs!!! Beware!!! And the staff are terrible. And they take your money after you check out.$57 charge after checkout apparently because we didn’t put the cushions back on the bed bug infested couch. The pool is so cold it’s unusable. All in all find another hotel this one is trash on all levels. "

"The lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, but this hotel really needs an update. There were stains in the carpets, curtains, and on the chair. The arms of the chair had some threadbare spots. One of the doors on the credenza would not shut all the way. The ice machine didn't work, the room had a funky ordor, and the WiFi speed was lousy. I left before breakfast was laid out, but I did get some coffee. The coffee was good, so there's that. I would not book this hotel again...

"Staff was friendly. Room was outdated, which I could live with, but it was filthy. The bathroom literally had stuff running down the walls and the tile was disgusting. Not it missed one cleaning disgusting… I’m talking, caked on, hadn’t been cleaned in months. Unacceptable "

"I travel very often for work and hotel convenience and cleanliness matter greatly to me. However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. When I booked this hotel I needed a late check out in order to conduct a virtual training webinar for work and needed a quiet space for 3 hours. Morgan the assistant mgr GRACIOUSLY made this possible which was such a relief to me. This hotel was very nice but what really rocked was ...

"The hot tub in the room was amazing. Anytime, we go to Conway, we book here. "

"The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were several dining options in walking distance. My only complaint would be that the road noise was so loud and the room did little to offset that noise, so I wasn’t able to sleep well at all. Other than that the overall experience was a very positive one."
