"I noticed the exit doors where open when they should lock at night and you should use you key to get in these side exits but the key locks didn’t work. Thus makes the hotel accessible to anyone not staying there. "

"Unable to stay because the hotel was severly overbooked and there was no available parking. This was rough after 17hrs of travel and having to go to a different hotel at 10 pm at night.
