I feel the Expedia reservation needs to do a better effort in clarifying which Hawthorn Extended Stay hotel is being reserved. There is an older property in Saint Clairsville, Ohio and a newer property in Triadelphia, WV. Saint Clairsville Ohio is 18 miles from the newer West Virginia hotel. "Check in process was very slow. We stayed twice in five days and the coffee machine on the casino floor wasn’t working either time. We needed decaf and only regular coffee was offered. Housekeeping did bring extra pods to our room. Unfortunately the coffee machine in our room wasn’t working properly only dispensing a partial cup.
