"We stayed in the pick and shovel around and when water was spilled on the floor, I went to wipe it up with a towel and the floor was completely black so they need to really clean those floors in the rooms. It was really filthy dirty."

"Room was nice but since it was downstairs, heard tons of noise from upstairs. Staff was very helpful in changing to an upstairs room. Not as big as first room, but was quiet. Breakfast buffet was fine."
