"The hotel was lovely. Friendly staff and great amenities. I would particularly like to mention Victoria & Itumeleng at the front desk. We had an issue with our return transportation to Johannesburg. Victoria & Itumeleng worked tirelessly to ensure we had the transportation at the price we were promised. We really appreciated the help."

"The hotel is tired and in dire need of a refresh. The bathroom in the room especially is in desperate need of an upgrade. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet. "

"Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping."

"Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. There were no towels available, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help, forcing us to find towels ourselves. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, with cockroaches present, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no soap provided in the shower. This stay was far below acceptable standards in terms of service, organization, and hygiene."
