"The gentleman who was working the front desk when we checked in was very friendly and very helpful to us . Offered us a free shuttle service to downtown State College. But there was no air conditioning , it was extremely hot and a very uncomfortable night stay. We were told we would have to report back to Expedia for us to get any type of refund if we decide to leave and book another hotel. "The room was clean the locker. The door didn’t work. We had to get our keys redone two times all in all the hotel was a nice place but it’s not worth $175 for one nice day 100 is fine but once 75 Was Way too much."

"The check in process was extremely fast and easy!! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful!! the room was super clean and very nice, the ac changed the temperature in maybe 10 minutes. the complimentary continental breakfast was good too, had all the basics and it was all nice and fresh!! they had new appliances like the toaster, it was great!!"

"The main issue was that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. I specifically reserved this hotel because of these amenities and to show up and find out that we could not use them was very disappointing. Even when I called ahead to confirm the reservation, there was no mention of these amenities not being available. It could have easily been mentioned by the person on the phone. After the fact, there should have at least been a discount applied for such an inconvenience. The room...

"This is my favorite hotel in State College and one of the most beautiful renovations for a local college hotel. The food is excellent, and the hotel service is always welcoming and efficient, the valet attendance are excellent, front desk team is terrific and very welcoming. Will is outstanding and helped me book my favorite room . The only drawback for business travelers that don’t have a lot of time— is that the breakfast is not easy to get to in the morning. The coffee shop is adorable....

"Staff was great, very helpful and friendly! Pool was closed so we didn’t get to use that this weekend, but everything else was clean and well maintained. The layout was easy to navigate and the rooms were set up well. Great water pressure for my thick haired girlies (and guys)and it got HOT for those who like to boil! Breakfast was meh, but to be expected for your typical continental hotel breakfast. Ample parking, just be aware the restaurant that shares the lot does get busy on weekends. Would...
