Karilbach light railstation is 350m away, Hashalom rail station is 400m It's a business/industrial area, so at night it's all closed, but there's an AMPM branch (100m) which is open 24/7 Only con for me was the lack of a mini fridge in the room, nevertheless they encourage you to use their fridges and kitchenette at all times."

The person who manages the property lives in the same building, so you do not need to worry about the reception upon arrival.
