"We stayed for 4 nights. Prior to arrival we were provided with an access code for a safe located outside the front door to the premises. We arrived around 7 pm (it was dark) and, unfortunately, there was no key in the safe. There was a sign outside the front door providing a mobile number to ring in case of emergency, but there was no response when I both rang and messaged the number.
