The photo collection of this hotel are seriously misleading on the booking site. The photos appear to show a clean, bright and airy apartment when in fact the chair cushions are stained, there is only one seat in the place, and the grass on the first floor apartment deck is overgrown. There is no reason to sit outside with all of the vegetation and dirty outdoor furniture. Plus, the building sits directly next to two large tombs. That personally is not my first choice when staying in a hotel. We ended up staying some place else the first night but returned the next day as we needed to be close to Expo park. The positives are: It's directly across the street from a well-lit large hotel with a food court and Starbucks; within 3 minutes to Expo park by car; 1 minute from a Family Mart; strong water pressure in the shower.
For the other reasons listed above, I will not be staying here again. If you're on a budget and need to be close to Expo, you can probably push through and stay here. Oh, and bring your own toilet paper. What's offered is pretty low budget and rough.
