"The room was great, very comfy bed and everything was clean. The coffee machine was good too. What really let it down was the service. We ordered room service, and after an hour of waiting I called and they said it would be another 35 minutes! I asked them to bring the drinks in the meantime and they said okay but never did. After 35 minutes I called again and it all arrived together in 5. An update or warning on the wait would have been good, as we would have gone to the bar instead had we of...

Our rate included a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board each late afternoon, breakfast and coffees from the barista all day long. If we had a car, parking would have been included. Very nice "

"Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "

"Enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was great - close to attractions, but quiet. Staff were friendly. We didn’t go to the restaurant/bar, but it looked nice. The room was spacious, pillows were nice and they even had a pillow bar, bed was comfortable, everything was well decorated. Price was great. Even the lobby smelled nice. Great experience"
