The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. "We had a nice large room for myself, my husband and my two kids. The pool was a nice escape from the heat and the property is close to the beach. It is quite a walk though from Old Nice where many of the good restaurants are located. Pool service and food were good. Breakfast was decent."

"As a family of five, we had an excellent stay at this hotel/apartment. The location was outstanding—just a 2-minute walk to the Promenade and within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gelato, and crêpe shops. There were also several stores nearby that sold everything we needed for the beach, including water shoes, floaties, goggles, and other essentials for kids. Having a pharmacy just around the corner was also very convenient (although it is closed on Sundays). The...

"The hotel was close to the promenade, just a street back. Good outside space. Tea/coffee facilties a little wanting, not replenished enough, no milk. Breakfast good. Could be a water dispenser in the foyer for guests use."

"The room was clean. The staff answered our questions we didn't interact with them much everyone was polite. We didn't opt for the breakfast. We were only staying two nights. The air conditioning worked well. The shower was good and there was lots of fresh towels. The fold out bed looked odd, but was quite comfortable. There wasn't much of a view... the coffee machine was a little sticky. But all in all comfortable clean pretty quiet for a Saturday night! And we all slept well."

"Hotel has great location near the beach and old town. Nice staff and bar area. Room also nicely decorated However - room wasn’t cleaned for the 2 days and we checked out on the third. Had to ask for towels as not enough for 2 people when we got In but more crucially Carpet had just been cleaned (maybe shampooed) and was damp through out stay. Staff were nice and gave us a late check out as compensation."
