"One of the best locations on Ft Myers Beach"

"I love Matanza. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything. I enjoyed sitting on the canal/bay and seeing all the wildlife, especially Manatee! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was perfect!"

"My favorite place to stay at Ft Myers Beach"

"We arrived to this hotel and pulled up underneath the bay to two gentlemen who asked what we needed. I told them we were checking in and they said go find a spot. Lucky for us we found a little spot right out front. We had to crawl out the sunroof to get out of our vehicle because the spots were so small. After checking in, I was told I was on the second floor. So I took the elevator to the second floor where I couldn’t find our room number. Little did I know that we were booked their motel...

"Cute, clean, beachside inn. Will definitely be back!"

"clean nice location breakfast nice"

"The cottage was well stocked with all we needed. It was also immaculate with a lovely garden. The beach was a 5 minute walk."

"Very clean easy check in and check out. Perfect for what we needed!"

"Great property good location friendly staff very clean room good breakfast"

"Very comfortable and convenient location!"

"El hotel es nuevo y las habitaciones son comodas, pero no me gusto que encontre 2 cucarachas en mi habitacion. el desayuno no tiene variedad y es simple. La ubicacion es buena y cerca a diferentes restaurantes."

"couple things .. there were holes in the wall where a picture had been ripped off or something but they just left the holes there, the tub faucet was falling off and rusty, no trash can in the bathroom, an annoying dog barked for 8 hours straight in the next room , luggage carts are horrible , breakfast was acceptable"
