"In my opinion, the hotel could improve several things. They do not provide complimentary bottled water, they only offer small shampoo bottles instead of wall-mounted dispensers, the refrigerator in the room did not work, and there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign for the door. These may seem like small details, but they can make a big difference in a guest’s overall experience."

"The room as clean and the hotel was clean as well. I checked in after 10pm and waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone was around to check me into my room. Otherwise the hotel was as expected, nothing extravagant. The set up is a little odd to me as the elevators are on the far ends of the floor making the hallway exceptionally long. The rooms are far from sound resistant. You can hear people 4 doors down and every toilet flushing."

"Our toilet backed up almost immediately after arriving and flooded the entire bathroom and onto the room carpet. We were switched rooms quickly but it was very inconvenient to unpack our family, and repack to move rooms around 1am."

"The location of the hotel allowed us to walk everywhere in downtown St. Paul. Our room was unique and had views of two beautiful churches, the light rail and also the state capital. The breakfast was a thoughtful arrangement of foods including soy milk which delighted me! The downstairs bar was a nice spot to sit and relax with friends. The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!!"
