"I was unable to check in without my husband there. This was a big inconvenience for me and my three daughters who were traveling alone. There should have been an email or a phone call stating that his card would not be allowed to be used by me even though we have the same last name. I had a panic attack because so anxious about where me and my daughters were going to stay."

"Parking was easy and included. Could use a night light for the bathroom. Free coffee in the lobby and a coffee machine in the room, with tea also. Good overall, our only complaint is check-in asked you pick a room cleaning schedule which they did not follow. This was resolved the next day with housekeeping. Would stay here again."

"Where should I start? Check in was great. Pulled up it looked nice. Walked in it looked nice. Looked like it had been updated. The person who checked us in was polite. Walk down the hall, it smells horrible! Ok I understand things happen and smells occur. Get up to the floor we are roomed on, the hallway floors were dirty with stains all over. Get to our room and our door didn't want to open. Finally get in the door. The room is good size, the bed was ok, the floor had stains on it. They literally just tried to make it look like it was updated. The paint is old and chipping. Carpets are horrible, bathtub was dirty and stained up. The bed had a decent sheet and blanket. Pillows were ok-ish. Settled in for the night and went to shower. There was literally one towel and one washcloth in our room. Q "

"Breakfast was ok just not as nice as last year. Staff was pleasant & polite. We didn’t have wash cloths for 3 days. Outlet in the bathroom needed changed out as the plugs just fall out of it. Maintenance came, didn’t switch out the outlet, but the upper plug in worked better. I really like this hotel because the restaurant within the hotel has great food & the bar area is really nice. We stayed last year & really liked it, but I’m not sure we will go back next year."
