"For a 3* hotel, I can't fault this place. Room was clean and comfortable with modern decor, staff were super efficient and friendly without being brusque, communal bar / breakfast area was really cozy - would happily stay again."

"The location of the hotel is good, close to city centre, railway station and The Barbican. Car parking is good and reasonable price. Reception is very welcoming and staff very helpful. Our double room seemed a little dated in furniture and underneath the desk were a lot of biscuit crumbs which then makes you think the room wasn’t cleaned properly. "Solid overall, with it being ideally located close to transport & town centre it was easy to get around. If you're looking for something that is cheap but gives you a good value for money, then I'd recommend here. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll book here again."

"Unfortunately the bathroom had hairs on the bath and a razor left on the tap which was a bit off putting. Ate in the restaurant which wasn’t great, steak tough and omlette tasted like it had been fried in old fat. "

"The hotel was exactly as described in photos. Clean, classy and very good value for money. We couldn’t hear any guests within property. Shower was powerful and nice and bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable, duvet thick but airy which was the perfect combo. Outside space from the room was well presents and clean. No bad smell and easy check in. Only thing I would critique is we couldn’t open window wide enough for our personal choice and could do with curtains as well blinds as that morning sun...
