"Wonderful stay. The staff is warm and friendly. The decor of the lobby is casual, elegant and trendy. There is a lounge just off the lobby that was a nice retreat to escape read a book or take a business call. The rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. I had access to the “M-club” room which offered a nice array for breakfast, complimentary snacks and drinks through the day and nice evening offerings. "The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block. Inside was newer and clean, but the quality of the construction is SO poor that it's embarrassing. See photos. Each room had a mini split...
