"Towels were not clean. Shower was small and not clean. Sheets looked dingy. No security. People were running up and down the hallway knocking on random doors, laughing and running off. I immediately checked out after one night. No way I’m I ever returning."

"The room was very cringe the ac unit was leaking water the whole time it was on , the shower floor looked very dirty but the housekeeper said that’s just how it looked. Hair was on the floor so the bathroom didn’t seem clean , the shower was also leaking just very cringey I will not stay there again"

"El hotel es pequeño, pero las habitaciones están muy bien de tamaño, la cama cómoda, el baño amplio, la habitación nos gustó.
El desayuno muy pobre, el pan muy feo, solo tomamos café.
Respecto al personal, nos tocaron 3 personas diferentes en recepción, una de ellos muy grosera, volteándome los ojos, muy mala actitud."

"Parking is almost non existent. The entrance is not handicap friendly as they have to walk up a steep incline. The staff cleaned the room but never left us replacement towels. The room was humid and the floors constantly felt wet. The entire place has a weird smell to it. The pillows are small squares the size of your head instead of actual pillows. The water pressure is awful. I will never stay here again."
