"Room appeared clean upon arrival. Floor was sticky. Toliet did not work and coffee make broken as well. Bartender was not friendly and did not acknowledge we were there for at least 15 mins."

"The hotel was very clean, breakfast was always delicious, fresh, and well-maintained. The staff were helpful, seemed very willing to engage and positive. Hospitality team was great. I can tell it’s a little older or more-used hotel, but it was fine for what we needed. I would have loved if the fitness center wasn’t so confined and had more supplies. It seemed like the pool and fitness center didn’t get a lot of TLC. But overall, this was a fine property for a week with family!"

"The (one) staff member on July 4 was truly exceptional (and obviously overworked, handling the front desk, serving as bartender, baking cookies, and helping guests with the outdoor grill and any other problems that cropped up). "Restaurant wasn’t open and when they were they were out of everything. I kept getting charged different amounts everyday. Shannon at the front desk was amazing. The one elevator was out. Parking was not good and our air conditioning wasn’t cooling like it should"
