Upon arrival, the property looked disgusting. I regretfully decided to give it a chance. It is very run down. For check in I had to wait behind a bulletproof window so they can figure out the best and most accommodating room to give me.The parking lot was empty, but it made sense to her to give us a room on the 2nd floor, in the back of the building. It was pretty much as far away as you can get from check in. It was difficult to find the room as there were no signs to show what room number was down each hallway and the hallways seemed to not be in numerical order like most places are. The room hadn't been cleaned. The sheets, blanket, everything in the room for that matter, smelled like dirty laundry.The plastic to enclose the mattress, for which I assume was for a bed bug issue, was unzipped. Further inspection revealed the zipper was missing. The curtains, walls, refrigerator, microwave were questionable stains. Also there was only 1 half roll of toilet paper and no towels. There were cigarette burns all over. The hair dryer didn't work. Paint was just slopped on the walls. One positive thing I noticed, there was a fresh garbage bag in the bathroom. No bag in the other garbage can though. In hindsight, I guess it's positive I didn't see any roaches. At 10pm there were 3 cop cars in the parking lot, some kind of bust. THE PICTURES ARE DECEIVING. Save yourself money and the disgust, go elsewhere. Trust the bad reviews.

In our first room the heater did not work properly, after 30 minutes it still was blowing out cool air along with the big draft coming through the massive space between the door and wall. Was changed to another room and even though there was no problem with the door the heat still was not properly working in this room on a night where the wind chill was in the low teens! We left it on all night it never heated the room enough. We put it to 80 degrees for a few hours as advised by the front desk and a higher temp for a few more hours it never heated the room up at all. Just a bunch of cool air blowing out, we slept legit in our winter jackets and brought even one of our own blankets in from the car just to get thru the night and leave in the morning as it was just an inconvenience to walk back to the front since it was so cold outside and the lobby was closed and locked so I would have to stand in the cold vestibule again for the 3rd time and move our stuff all to another room. The bathroom was gross and had mold all over it and the tub was disgusting and had a dead roach in it. The floors did not look like they were mopped or cleaned in decades and the light bulbs were all different watts and colors which just made it look like they didn’t upgrade or update anything but throw some paint on the walls. Both rooms honestly looked like this. For $77 I should have known what I was going to get but gave the benefit of the doubt. For sure will not be coming back here!

Deceived by the hotel pictures. Its more like a busted funeral home thats owned by roaches. Oh lord the roaches were everywhere. one watched me eat for 20min and another one tried to jump on my head as i opened the bathroom door. Never again will i stay here

The parking lot was not shoveled at all . Dangerous . The TV was not working all night. They claimed that the satellite direct tv was down cause of weather.

The heating unit was very loud and sounded like it was on its last legs although it did heat the room. Low lighting. But you could still tell it was in shabby shape. Curtains looked like they were going to fall down. For $75 I expected more. Wish I’d gone with one of the many chains nearby for $5 more.

I didn't realize it was a place for homeless people and drug addicts nothing against them, but I didn't feel safe. The place was filthy, but I didn't have anywhere else to go so I stood there. I asked for a different room and the rooms lock was broke and there were homeless people sleeping in the car the whole time I was there Park right next to my car.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! And they still have the NERVE to try and charge so much money to stay in this cesspool. Im all for cheap hotels and understand you get what you pay for. But even when I brought it up to the office clerk, no apology, no refund, just blank stares with a crooked smile. Hotels.com should not be booking rooms for this location! If they were smart, they would drop this hotel from their site!!!!!!!!!
