September

The room was dark, needed more lighting, and although the room was large, it was quite barren. The floors had recently been redone, but they were unfinished with large open cracks where the new floor met the old one. The toilet wobbled, not secure. The shower leaked all the hot water out of the on/off tap, so only tepid water came out of the actual shower head. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, so at least there was that.

Positive aspects: the bathroom was clean, the bed comfortable, the air conditioner was quiet and efficient, staff was very nice. Negative: window was missing screen, hallway near elevator dirty, grungy fridge not turned on. Overall good value for low price.

This property was nowhere near the condition that I expected a Days Inn would be. I didn’t expect a 4 star hotel, but this was well below what a standard chain hotel should be. The carpet was such that we would not walk on it without shoes on. The overall condition of the room and hallways was poor and showed many poor attempts at repair/renovations. There was non stop activity in the parking lot outside the room window till early in the morning, making it impossible to have the window open for fresh air. On the plus side, the woman at the desk was courteous and offered me the option to park my motorcycle close to the front door, under cover of the entrance way and in sight of the security cameras.

The coffee maker was in the bathroom, the plug for the sink was missing and there was food down in the drain. Almost all the power outlets were taken up by the lights or appliances. There was some kind of fight in the hallway and the police had to come. Only positive was that the bed was comfortable.

I have stayed here several times in the past. It's convenient to the bowling alley where I bowl tournaments. Every stay the place seems to be a little bit worse. The room is nice but the armchair had a white substance on it that I couldn't tell what it was. The bath mat had mold on it. Each time I approached the front desk I had to wait and call for someone to help me.
