"We absolutely love it there! Colleen at the front desk has been there a very long time she's sweet as can be! everyone is so nice and helpful, and the place is relaxing and clean we stay there quite often!"

"The room was fine, the carpet was old and a bit musty. The fridge was helpful to have, and we used the coffee maker, would have preferred a Keurig. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked fine. The furniture was nice, we liked the two separate bathroom sinks. Over a pleasant stay."

"Innkeeper is friendly and the place was fairly clean. Lovely to have coffee and complimentary breakfast on site. Rooms (especially the bathrooms and baseboard heaters) are somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Visited during a chilly time of the year and thermostat was tricky to operate. Heat was set not to go above 75 degrees, which was less than ideal."

"The building, grounds and room were all very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast also. However, our bathroom in 317 needed cleaning where the wall and tub meet the floor. Also the shower curtain was too long and dirty at the bottom and we did not want it in the same water we had to stand in when showering. As you know typically during a shower water does accumulate on the tub floor. Also the drain in the sink was sluggish. Everything else was good."

"The staff was a husband & wife ownership. They were very nice. The wife was helpful giving us recommendations on where to go. They were accommodating placing a bigger refrigerator in our room for all our perishables. The only drawbacks was the pool was out of commission on the hottest weekend of the summer, Due to the rain. The bathroom was big but only had 1 hook to hang a towel on. There was no storage to place clothes on while taking a shower or getting dressed only back of toilet or floor....

"No detail to my comfort was missed! The innkeeper had fresh baked goodies every afternoon and hot breakfast made from scratch. The historic property is beautiful and convenient to so many art galleries, sweet towns, trails and Tanglewood. Highly Recommended!!"

"We were disappointed that this "Inn" is really an older motel, run together with another older motel across the highway and a converted barn/restaurant. We should have read the descriptions and reviews more carefully. On return, after checking the listing, it was perfectly clear. Note: If you want an Inn experience, the converted barn seems to be the place to stay. On the positive, the room was quiet, the beds comfortable and everything was clear although very well worn. "No hot water in the shower. Elevators (all of them) not working. Had to walk up 11 flights to get to my room. Bathroom really weird shape. Lighting in my suite (yes, a suite), very poor. Building exterior is a mess."

"Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full."
