"I have stayed at the Crystal Lodge many times and continue to come back. The price is quite good for what you get! As a family of 6, we really appreciate the larger room options they have. The staff are always saying hello as you walk past. We love using the pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym! Starbucks is right outside your door too! Great location!"

"We had a really comfortable stay. There were many food options in the village, lots of shops to buy gifts, lots of activities to do. The valet was quick and friendly. Hotel staff went above and beyond to provide assistance. Will DEFINITELY return to this resort in the future."

"The rooms were basic but location more than made up for it. Small towels and no robes for lounging and going to/from pool and hot tub, and what appeared to be mold was on the wall in the tub area."

"The room and the hotel location were excellent. My only complaint would be that we requested hotel staff to set up the fold out couch/bed. They moved the furniture around and opened up the bed, but didn't bother to put the top sheet and comforter in place."
