"Nice property, good location to the strip and to the wsop, my reason for visiting. The pool is nice, though the music is playing too loudly. During my stay, the hotel seemed to be unprepared and understaffed for the influx of guests during the wsop. Restaurants, shops, cafe's, front desk, etc. All shops in the hotel were OUT of bottled orange juice for 3 of my four days. What? How does that happen? The cafe belle was horribly understaffed every day. The lines were long, doesn't the hotel F&B dept confer with the wsop to insure they are staffed properly for the expected crowds? Further...everything, and I mean everything, is way way way overpriced. From the sundry shop ($8 juice??) to the cafe, to the restaurants. Everything. A muffin, a turnover, and a juice (too go) was $27. Ummm...no thanks."
