I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, particularly regarding the check-in experience and room service.
The check-in process was quite disorganized, with long waiting times and a lack of clear direction from staff. After a long journey, this made the arrival unnecessarily stressful and far from welcoming.
Additionally, while not a major concern, the room did not include a fridge, which would have been a helpful convenience. More importantly, I was surprised to find that even basic items such as blankets were not readily available in the room and had to be requested separately. This was inconvenient and not in line with the level of comfort I expected.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve these aspects of your service for future guests.
