"Our room ac was on the fritz, the USB ports did not work and fridge was horribly loud. That being said we really never spent much time in our room. The hotel is a great value. The staff was courteous and the rooms and entire hotel was spotless."

"We had to pay extra for newly remodeled rooms but the rooms were severely downgraded. They removed the mini refrigerators from our rooms. There were no usb ports, in fact, you could see where they had been replaced with plates. By every elevator and major cross section there were these power bank rental stations, so they removed your ability to easily charge your devises in your rooms to make you rent a power bank for $8/hr. For “conservation” purposes they stopped providing individual soaps and have big bottles that are easily tampered with. It’s gross, bring back the small soaps! Room was cleaned but definitely not remodeled within the last 20years. It looked and smelled like something time forgot. But the hotel was sold out so there was no changing rooms. My kids room smelled like straight bleach. Our room smelled like old smoke that just doesn’t get out of walls and carpets. It was really disappointing having spent $1500 to stay in rooms that felt a step up from a motel. But, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Casino says it’s nonsmoking but there were people on the floor smoking. The experience was not great and not worth the money."

"Room was clean and spacious but you can tell it’s run down. Bathroom was clean but the tub and shower were stained. But good for sleeping. We hung out in the casino and pool most of the time. Always a good time but looks a little dated"
