"Check in agent was nice, offered a great upgrade deal. We did not like plumbing issues, this was the second time this has happened. In April there was a leak in the toilet and recently the shower only had hot water no cold water."

"This is a great property with big, clean rooms and fantastic pools. I was put off by having to pay $15 for coffee in the room though, and having to pay for bottled water. In terms of the facilities our door would get stuck and it could be very difficult to get out of the room. We talked to maintenance about it but it seemed to be a bigger issue than they could solve during our visit."
