"Clean and neat stay!"

"No issues for us. We stayed in the royal tower but I don’t think the rooms were renovated plus the lighting in the room and bathroom kinda sucked but it was a quick trip so it was fine for us over all. "

"Only two of the Red Elevators were operational which meant we had to wait at least 15 minutes just to get to our desired floor. People on lower floors boarded the elevator up just so they'd have a spot while coming down. There were long queues each way. Such a let down at the end of the day "

"Ideal for couples. Clean room. Friendly staff. Room service for food did not work. The app to order food also did not work. The hotel had a good selection of restaurants, so I just went and ordered directly. The location was also a big plus. "

"We always stay at the Flamingo bc it’s centrally located and room rates are reasonable. Easy walk in any direction to see the sights. Pool is excellent and prices are good compared to other over priced beach clubs. "

"The parking was not convenient, our tv broke, we were awakened at 2:30 am to someone partying above us and had to call security"
