"One of the bedside lamps was broken. There was a bolt missing from the toilet seat that made it swivel when you sat, and when I requested housekeeping, they only dropped by to replenish towels. One of the coffee sets was torn open and the sugar was missing. There was only enough regular coffee for one person. Staff was friendly. The room was nice. The price was right."

"When we walked in we were helped immediately. Very nice and patient. Walked into our room and it just smelt clean, and looked updated. We walked into the middle which had a bar and they had happy hour going. Ladies who were serving were so sweet and quick. Food and drinks were amazing. Would definitely recommend. "

"Nice new hotel across from the World Market Center buildings. The immediate area is nice, then you get into the sketchy old downtown. If you're here for Market it's great- right across the street. The room was clean and spacious and had simple controls and an actual door on the bathroom. Would stay here again. "

Only thing was no business center. We work remote and needed to take turns in the room bc we both have meetings. But hey it’s a new type of consumer need and sounds like ya’ll will be building that soon. Another thing was no room service. It’s a nice-to have though not a necessity. I really loved our stay. "Beautiful hotel. Staff was very kind. Easy walking to Cleveland Clinic. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Cafe had good staff and good food that was well priced. Starbucks in lobby. Parking very easy that does come with additional cost but worth the convenience. "

"They said were full, moved me to Hotel next door, Thunderbird. Had a nice shower, clean. However is not very nice outside and a rough area on strip. Is my opinion. Used to MGM properties on strip. "
