Hotel murah di Mountain View

"The hotel has a western feel. Maintenance could be better. The elevator stuck a couple times. The key card for our room had to be replaced 6 times during our stay. The pool is fun. The laundry room was great. The staff was friendly. It is dog friendly but the dog area is very small."

"Was not a pleasant stay at all. For the price of our room for one night it was a rather horrible stay. Our first room had the bathtub covered in rust, so we were then moved to the only room they had left that the AC was not working in, we were told we could open the window and it would cool down but the window wouldn't open even if I wanted to, there was another guest whose AC wasn't working either. The breakfast "hot" food had no taste and was poor for the cost. Just all around not a pleasant...

"We opened up the windows to see they haven’t been cleaned for months. The air vent next to the bed was shooting out black dust on the clean bed. And the mattresses were heavily outdated. But the chocolate muffins at breakfast were to kill for!"

"We were given a room on the backside of the hotel, the exterior was not well groomed, weeds, dusty lamps at the entry, toilet and bathtub were in a shared space and very small."

"Room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Hair dryer should be replaced in room 118. It barely blew air that was barely warm. Mattresses should be replaced. They are not horrible but both have a bow in the middle. I would stay here again."

"I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but...

"The bed was very uncomfortable and the foldout bed even worse. When trying to use the media facilities, the front desk didn't know how to assist with machines that didn't work. Other front desk people were very helpful and understanding when we checked out earlier than anticipated. It was off putting to have to take out our own garbage and exchange dirty linen for clean. We'll read the fine print before we book next time."

"The rooms are ok. The staff is really nice . The parking was ok .the parking lot could use a little TLC . But we live in Wyoming wind so everyone shares each other's trash 😂"

"My stay here was disappointing overall. I would not stay here again and don't think I would recommend it either. Maybe spend a few extra dollars if possible and get a better experience & well maintained property."
