"My stay at Aaron's Cottage was good, they left detailed instructions on how to self check-in once I arrived. The property itself is close to a beach in the back, close to downtown Hilo, some tourist attractions and restaurants that can be easily accessed with a car. The unit was cleaned and well stocked with essential amenities, it has an air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep the place cool. There's a communal kitchen that can be used if opt to stay in. "We loved our time at Reeds Bay Hotel. We got an ocean view which helped to keep it comfortable at night considering there is no air conditioning, as most in Hawaii do not have or use air conditioning. We slept well and the staff were all very warm and welcoming. Banyan Drive is beautiful and places you close to all things you would want to do and see in Hilo."

"The cottage was absolutely lovely, clean and had great amenities - everything we could ask for. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage, which was up to date and decorated beautifully. The communication by the owners was tremendous from directions to recommendations on things to do. We found it so peaceful and loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the view of the ocean in the distance. I highly recommend it!"

"We checked in on the 1st of December and arrived around 8 p.m. Our keys and packet were waiting for us at the kiosk with no issues. Our room was amazing—quiet, convenient, and clean. The property was clean as well. We messaged for room service, and they came with no issues. Extra amenities were available in the lobby too. We were there for six nights, and I will definitely be staying again. I would recommend checking in before dark—the road is kind of tricky to find."
