"Milton at the front desk was amazing! The entire bar and restaurant staff were wonderful as well. The hotel is in a great location if you want to walk and shop in Hilo as well. "

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"Kelly was a wonderful host. Since she had cancellations while we were there (Jan 2026) she upgraded us to the master with ensuite. There are 3 bedrooms in total. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were all kinds of snacks and coffee, tea, milk available. Kelly made lovely breakfast for us each morning and was so accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. It is about 30 minutes drive from Hilo. You do need a car. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this B&B. Thank you Kelly and...

"Not only was our room incredible, but the entire staff, the on-site restaurant, and the charming little gift shop were all wonderful. We stayed in the "HOKULANI" room. It had a beautiful balcony where we could watch the birds perched in the ‘Ohi‘a Lehua trees and listen to them sing. Warming up by the fireplace in the room allowed us to truly relax.
