"Check in and late bar staff were fab really helpful and welcoming! One lady was great really useful and helpful. Spa was good would have been great to have robe to go to the spa in room as the whole towel And lockers when your staying there was more than needed (if you had robe could just go and come back as you please) Few things were needing fixing in the room but did mention then and hopefully they’ll be fixed soon (usbport/ bath plug winder)"

"The hotel and especially the grounds are beautiful. If I had known how far away from reception and more importantly the numbers of stairs I had to climb to get there, I would have accepted the proffered carrying of my bags to the room. I enjoyed my stay, the barbecue we had outside was excellent, although one of the guests had to carry the fizz outside herself from the chapel, where it had already been poured. My room was very hot being on the top floor and the fan was useless. Luckily I was able to open a window. The bed was comfortable, but the plumbing was terribly loud and took ages to stop after you had finished your shower."

"This is a wonderful hotel, the facilities are great with a nice pool, gym, sauna and stream room all included in your stay. The breakfast is fantastic with a range of really quality options to choose from. The air conditioned rooms were an absolute must in the recent heatwave and meant you could get a great night's sleep. My biggest compliments have to go to the staff though, I interacted with so many of them throughout my stay and they were all so friendly and helpful which is such a rarity, so full credit to them, especially Keira at breakfast who was amazing. I already can't wait to come back and stay here again!"
