"Very beautiful hotel right at the heart of Crete old town. The hotel is at the centre of a shopping street and wonderful restaurants, the back side is the beautiful Old Harbor's breakwater and lighthouse. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended and would still choose to stay here on my next visit to Chania."

"Impeccably clean room next to the beach with plenty of amenities and a well kept garden. Small crowded pool unfortunately shared with other properties. Excellent restaurants nearby as is a supermarket with large selections of drinks. Good value for a room, albeit it is small, in the better part of Platanias. Also close to bus stop for visits to Chania. Two rows of sun beds managed by this property on the beach at 10euros per day which can add up to a hefty bill! Also beware tourist taxes at end...

"I had a lovely stay at the Sevach apartments with my sister and parents. We had separate apartments, my parents on the ground floor, and me and my sister on the first floor. Our room was lovely, we were able to split the beds into 2 singles and we had a nice (compact) bathroom but great shower (my parents said there shower wasn't adjustable like ours, which they would've preferred). The rooms were cleaned daily with clean sheets and towels every few days. Antigone was always really helpful...

"I highly recommend Theos Village Apartment! It is family owned and run and the family is wonderful. They greet you by name, are extremely attentive and happy to help in any way. We had great conversations with them and got help with questions too. The room was just as described and pictured. Comfortable bed, nice kitchenette, spacious and cleaned daily. Very nice pool and sitting areas. The location was great as well. Short walk to Golden Beach and other beaches not much further. Bus...
