Cari B&B di Mozzo

"Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. When we arrived, the front door had been left wide open and there was nobody there to greet us. The property was in a very poor state, with dozens of cigarette butts scattered around, despite the listing stating that it was a smoke-free property. The kitchen was extremely dirty, and the back of the house appeared to be used as a dumping area, with rubbish piled up everywhere. When the landlord eventually arrived, he...

"Firstly, I would like to express how helpful Marco was! Always very friendly and professional on all contacts. My room was pretty clean, I booked from the 28th to the 30th but had very late (delayed) and early flights, so was just there essentially for a night. The location is convenient enough to get around the different shops and points of interest. Water pressure in the showers was great."

"Hava alanına çok yakındaydı. Dinlennek için çok sessizdi, çok iyiydi"

"Centrally located and perfectly adequate standard for a budget-prized acommodation. Safe and quiet, helpful host and a good bed. No luxury, but good valua for money."

"God placering i “Città Alta” og nemt at komme ned til den nedre bydel. Hyggelig by med mange gode spisesteder. Hvad misset bestilling af morgenmad på B&B men der var gode muligheder i byen. Værelset var i gade niveau inde i gården. Lugt af fugt/skimmel. Udlejer prøvede at udbedre det. Expedia vendte aldrig tilbage på vores henvendelser under opholdet. Bergamo er godt placeret for at komme rundt i området (100 km afstand)"

"Excellent location and a really lovely room"

"Great stay the owner went out of his way to help as we spent 2 and a half hours in passport control and didn't arrive at hotel until after midnight."

"Good service and very flexible with very late arrival"

"Our stay was just perfect. The apartment was spacious, clean and really cosy. There were good air conditioner, kitchen had all equitments and bathroom was nice. We got good sleep before flight!"

"Hotel was gorgeous but a few things let it down. 1. I had to chase for the ZTL exemption and the key code to enter the property 2. When we arrive the car gates did not open using the code we had been provided, this had to be updated after I had called 3. Coffee machine in room did not work 4. Shower head fell off when we were using it 5. Hairdryer did work, then stopped working half way through 6. No towels for our daughter, just two sets put out 7. Safe could not be opened, luckily did not...
