"Such a lovely hospitable stay with Trevor and Fiona. A very clean and well appointed room and bathroom - with access to lovely verandas and seating; beautiful living spaces with a cosy fire (and good conversation); a clean and very useable kitchen with a wonderful breakfast, and good food options within walking distance. We thoroughly recommend and look forward to visiting again! 🙂"

"Bar closes at 11pm. Refused me service from 10.40pm but continued serving others. And no, I was not intoxicated. I had been told the bar was closing evidently. The latecomers had not. They were still there when I returned from the local pub. You are supposed to aspire to something adult, young lady (bar manager) and being a Karen is not being adult."

"The property was in an ideal location to cater for an upcoming surgery at nearby hospital. The spa bath was more of an inconvenience, given we had elderly family who found it almost impossible to access. The room was clean enough although kitchen utensils could do with a really good clean. Staff friendly and helpful, especially with the logistics of parking which is awkward on check out. Great food outlets and other retailers nearby. We would use again."

"We loved this property! It was in a fantastic central location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The room was great. Clean and comfortable. There couldn’t be a better location. We walked to the ferry daily and the huge mall with a full grocery store, plenty of food options, and lots of opportunities for shopping. The one thing that was ridiculous was parking. There isn’t any! You pay to park at a lot around the block in addition to what you already paid for the room."

"The hotel is unique. it is luxurious yet very whimsical. Our room was spacious, well appointed and very quirky. Walking in made me smile. The view of the river and the skyline of Brisbane was fantastic and the last thing I saw before falling asleep every night. However, I found the hallways to be very dark and depressing as the walls were painted black. It did not however impacted my experience and enjoyment. The breakfast, which was included in our rate, was the best we had in this 3 weeks...

"The property was fine. Walls were a touch grubby, grouting round shower could use an upgrade and out kitchen tap leaked at the base. Also no plug provided for hand washing dishes. The towels were lovely and fluffy, but there were no pool towels provided nor spares, so in the event we had used the pool facilities, we would have had to use our bathroom towels. Also our room door on initial appearance looked liked someone had tried to break into it. These are minor issues, the staff we...

"Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The King bed was really comfortable. All staff members were very polite, friendly and more than helpful to make our stay a ‘bit of luxury’. We will definitely be staying there again."
