"The pictures on your website are extremely innacurate and do not reflect what this hotel looks like. It was extremely rundown and when we arrived at night the entrance area was full of many homeless people and sex workers hanging around outside. When calling the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late they stated they would “hide the key behind an atm” but when we got there we found an empty envelope with our room number and no key. We called security and waited for them to show up to check the room. Their key was not working and they picked the lock to let us in, at which point I told them we didn’t feel safe staying there because someone may possibly have our key. The hotel hallways were extremely dirty and smelled like urine. This is not a safe place for anyone to stay, especially families. We were not able to stay there due to all of these reasons and were left having no hotel at 1am. This hotel should not be listed on your website. "

"The room had a strange smell to it, all of the furniture was old and beat up, and there were tears and holes in the curtains. Also lots of random stains on the floor. The sheets were clean, but very rough. I bought a pre-packaged muffin from the lobby that was covered in mold when I opened it. "

"On my first night’s day, I had a majorsugar ant issue in the bathroom, I then reported it and the lady said she would be right up the past the buck onto the next coworker coming on shift and she came up and sprayed and left a trap for them, but by the time that all got taken care of they were already had tracked on my clothes going into the rest of the room and I find them crawling on me. I should’ve asked for an upgrade or a discount with having to deal with them for the three days I was there."

"This is my favorite hotel to stay at when flying out of Portland Airport. It is clean the restaurant bar is great and the staffn is helpful and friendly. They even upgrade my room if they can."
