"Well there is a pool and jacuzzi, however I did not get the opportunity this time to use them. The breakfast is good for such a reasonably priced hotel. Free parking, free wi-fi and a very convenient location for us. And the staff have always been friendly."

"Clara at check in was incredible! She was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately things went a bit downhill from there. My first room had a plumbing problem and waste water suddenly backed up in the bathroom sink. They send a maintenance person to my room to try and fix the issue, but with no luck. They did move me to another room. However, no one checked in with me regarding the room transfer or apologize for the issue or inconvenience. The new key was given to me by the maintenance...
